January has been a great month for us at Store Crossing. We ushered into the new year with our service launched, listed a few more partner cafes in Toronto, and then got our very first customer, Nick!
Nick booked a 4 hour pop-up for his art brand at one of our partner cafes, A-game Cafe. Booking was done online on Store Crossing and we worked out the availability and scheduling details between the cafe and Nick.
It was a chilly Toronto afternoon so foot traffic was low but at the end of the pop-up we were glad Nick had sold a few of his paintings and also increased exposure for his brand locally and on social media.
For Store Crossing this was a milestone and we took away some key learnings that we hope to implement in our future pop-ups. We have a few more pop-ups scheduled for the coming weeks and we can't wait to see how sellers can use this service to not only get sales quickly but also to increase local exposure of their respective brands.
